The Opportunity Seeking an experienced Accountant to join this team on a part-time (permanent) basis . This role offers the flexibility to structure your working week in a way that suits your lifestyle, whether that be 3 full days or 4-5 shorter days. This is a great opportunity for a capable accounting professional who enjoys autonomy and is looking for a balanced role in a friendly, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Preparation of income tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships Managing a portfolio of small-to-medium business clients Ensuring timely and accurate lodgment of BAS, IAS, and other compliance obligations Liaising directly with clients and the ATO as required Using MYOB and other accounting software to manage client files Providing general tax and accounting support to clients About You Minimum 3-5 years' experience in public practice accounting Proficient in MYOB (experience with other accounting systems is a bonus) Strong understanding of Australian tax and compliance requirements Able to work independently and manage multiple client files Excellent attention to detail and communication skills What's on Offer Flexible work structure: choose between 3 full days or 4-5 shorter days per week Supportive and stable team environment If you're an experienced accountant looking for flexibility without compromising on quality client work, we'd love to hear from you.
